No-Juicer Smoothie



This no-juicer smoothie is a quick and healthy way to enjoy a delicious and nutritious drink without the need for a juicer. Packed with fresh greens, fruits, and yogurt, it's a great way to start your day or have as a refreshing snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, or mixed
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put the spinach leaves in a blender after giving them a good wash

Put the ripe banana in the blender after peeling it

Also put the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and frozen berries in the blender

At this point, you can add a tablespoon of honey if you want the smoothie to be sweeter

You can add ice cubes if you want it to be colder and thicknessier

Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy

If you need to, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender

Get a glass and enjoy the smoothie!
