Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side
Remove from skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes
Cook for 1 minute until fragrant
Pour in chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice
Bring to a simmer
Return chicken breasts to the skillet
Add capers
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
