Have a Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie and enjoy how rich and creamy it is! In this Texanerin Baking recipe, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and ripe avocados are mixed together to make a delicious and refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Take the pit out of the ripe avocado and cut it in half
Take the flesh out of the avocado and put it in a blender
Sugar, coconut milk, ice cubes, cold water, and vanilla extract should all be put into the blender
It will take about two to three minutes of blending to get everything smooth and creamy
You can add more sugar or condensed milk to make it sweeter if you think it needs it
Put the smoothie in glasses and serve right away
If you want, you can add a slice of avocado or a drizzle of condensed milk as a garnish
