These indulgent no-bake coffee mocha bars are a delightful treat for any occasion. Featuring a rich chocolate cookie crust topped with a creamy coffee-infused layer, these bars are vegan-friendly and sure to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vegan chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 can 400ml Nature's Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Crushed chocolate cookies, almond flour, melted vegan butter, and maple syrup should all be mixed together well in a bowl
To make the crust, press the mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper
Nature's Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, instant coffee granules, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Spread the mixture out evenly as you pour it over the crust
Put the bars in the fridge for at least four hours, or until they are set
Cut into bars and serve cold after it's set
