Paleo Mini Bagels

These Paleo mini bagels are a delicious gluten-free alternative to traditional bagels. Made with almond flour and coconut flour, they are packed with flavor and perfect for a Paleo-friendly breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sesame seeds, for topping optional

Instructions:

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet

Almond flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt should all be combined in a big bowl

Whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a different bowl

Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients

Roll each of the eight equal portions of dough into a ball

Make a hole in the middle of each ball of dough with your finger to form it like a bagel

Transfer the shaped bagels to the baking sheet that has been ready

Optional: Top the bagels with sesame seeds to add even more flavor

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the bagels are firm to the touch and have a golden brown color, in a preheated oven

Before serving, let the bagels cool slightly

Have fun!
